Just because we don't live in a full blown dictatorship doesn't mean it's not a police state. Anyone with an ounce of common sense and a half way working brain can see we are slowly sliding in that direction. Germany, before the Nazis took over wasn't a police state either.

What makes you think a Obama or Romney presidency would be any different from each other?

Both Support the police state and bills that enhance police state state powers. (patriot act, NDAA, FISA Amendment, Anti-Protest” Bill H.R. 347 etc...)

Both support the failed war on drugs. And will continue to allow federal law enforcement to wage war on medical marijuana users

Both Support the Military industrial complex and will continue to use the military to wage wars for corporate interest.

Both support and will never challenge the power and influence of the banking cartel Know as the federal Reserve which we all know was created to socialize the losses of the big banks but allow them to privatize the profits.
