bcs 21st-century wind turbines (which produce the cheapest electricity in many regions now) and solar panels (have hit grid parity without taking the price of pollution into acct in some regions) mean going backwards. right.

statistically, topography is consistently a significant factor related to bike commute rates. (not in favor of the hills.)
