Since the last time we tried to set up a reddit soundrop room, soundrop have improved the app significantly. The room should now keep existing even if it is empty, and it should be searchable from the soundrop app. I started the room off with the collaborative reddit playlist. Please add more, and vote!

As long as you are at a caloric deficit you will keep losing weight. If you hit a "wall" for more than a couple of weeks, you are probably not at a deficit anymore.

Yes, ebook prices doesn't always make much sense. Especially for a book like this that is available free on the web. It costs $42.09 in the Amazon Kindle store btw. Paradigms of Artificial Intelligence Programming costs $64.76 for the Kindle version. Let over Lambda is not available for Kindle, but Land of Lisp is more reasonably priced at $29.20

Lost 12 kg since January doing IF and c25k, will add more strength training when done with c25k. Goal weight 72 kg, halfway there! (I'm 177 cm)

Edit: Guess I forgot the question. My biggest challenge will be when we take the kids, and go on vacation in the middle of May. No training facilities, and to much tasty food around. Gonna be a great test of willpower...
