Now they need to get rid of Joey Lagono and start from scratch. I am a SHR fan and getting Zippy is a great move. Stewart is slowly building one of the best teams in Nascar. Yes he gets support from Hendrick, but just having good equipment isnt going to win championships or races. Stewart winning the cup this year the way he did is the best thing to happen to Nascar in a long time. I cant wait for 2012!

Joey has been a big letdown for JGR and needs to be replaced. He's driving for one of the best teams out there and hasn't done shit.

Yeh but this is business and Jack needs every penny he can get right now. Nascar needs teams like RPM to succeed.

I think it a great move for RPM. They could never get a top tier driver any other way except for what happened to Busch. Remember when Kyle left Hendrick? The next year he was so motivated to show Hendrick what an idiot he was for getting rid of him and won a ton of races. You can bet if Kurt gets in an RPM car he is going to be on a mission to beat his former employers, Roush and Penske.

It may lead to better things for AJ. I think he would be perfect over at Penske with better equipment.

I agree. hopefully Petty can put something together for AJ if Kurt comes on board. AJ did pretty good in Petty equipment and I bet if he drove for Roush or Hendrick he would flourish. A.J. would be a great replacement for Jeff Burton. I have no idea why they keep Burton in the car. A.J would also be a great replacement for Joey Lagono.

I think Petty is willing to take a little backtalk to have Kurt in the car. This gives them a chance to be competitive and get into the Chase next year, which helps bring Sponsors in. Matt Kenseth is having trouble getting a sponsor, so you can imagine trying to get a sponsor for AJ longterm.

Racing without pay for Nascar? Do you realize how many people would die to be able to do that? I like AJ and hope it all works out for him, but Kurt is a champion driver and Petty needs to do this if he stands a chance of staying in Nascar.

This is Nascar and yes it sucks for AJ but Kurt is one of the top 10 drivers in Nascar. It's only under the circumstances that Kurt left Penske that Petty even has a chance at getting him. Its a business and if I were Petty I would do the same thing.

I think the whole Kurt Busch thing has been way overblown last year. Yeah he melted down and got caught on camera, but it's because he hates losing. He complained on the radio about one of the guys at Penske and a few weeks later they guy was gone and they steadily improved after that. This is a chance of a lifetime for Petty and if he can pull it off and get Kurt it may just revive the organization. Yes it would suck for A.J. but all they same A.J. had no other options anyway and was lucky to even have a chance at Cup racing.

You know, all he had to do was take his punishment from NASCAR and enter their rehab program and he could have been back on the track by now. He spent millions fighting NASCAR and now he is bankrupt and going to lose everything. I feel sorry for him, but he dug his own grave. He is already saying through his attorney that he knows nothing about the meth or the $100,000 in stolen property they found.

Speaking of Kurt Busch, the last time the chase was this exciting was the year Kurt won by 5 points. It was amazing because Kurt lost a wheel just as he was going on to pit road and made the stop on 3 wheels.

Anyone but Johnson is good enough for me. 5 years of JJ winning the title has hurt the sport in my opinion. I'm pulling for Stewart because I am a Newman fan and it would be awesome to see Stewart-Hass get a title.

Yeh it wasn't that big of a deal, but right now Vickers doesnt have a job next year. You can be sure he won't be driving a Roush car or even a Ford after doing that during the Chase.

He said his diagnosis was "cannabis abuse". I am almost positive that your insurance company has this information at the very least. I was denied coverage for a visit to the ER and I assume it was because of what I was diagnosed with.

I agree with you for the most part, but really just mentioning a HIPPA violation is all that is needed. Mentioning a "lawyer" is going to make things alot harder for him.

The billing department is not the best place to call for this. He should call the privacy office or the director of HIM(health information management). He might also try someone in adminstration like the CEO, CFO or the CNO. If his story is exactly as he says it was, then he doesnt need to threaten anyone. Hospitals know all about HIPAA and what the penalties are for breaking it. Just mentioning that his privacy may have been violated is all it will take for them to start an investigation.

I see what you are saying but cannabis use can cause anxiety/panic attacks in some people. Either way they had no reason to label him an "abuser". The test they most likely did would only tell if it was in his system, not how much or how often. Those tests take alot longer and are alot more expensive not to mention that alot of hospitals have to send the sample to a lab to do that type of testing.
