I rooted the first classic I got, but I didn't see much point in that. But then, I also didn't see much point in the Nook, so I returned it to Best Buy! I'll go check out these library apps and see if they'll do the trick.

What I'm getting at is that digital is a subset of analog. Anything that can affect analog performance can also affect digital performance. The major difference is that it's easier to correct/detect a digital signal gone bad.

It is one of those movies that you just have to give a shot however. I've felt this way about a lot of movies, but it ended up that everyone only focused on the parts that I thought were pretty meh and not the ones I felt made the movie.

I do this with my cheap earbuds and I have the problem that the end I use to wrap the cable with has tighter loops in it compared to the rest when unwound.

My only problem with this is the cables look terrible when in use. It's even worse with the Wii power brick with two different cable types and lengths coming out of each end.

I talked with my school's career services last week and a similar question to this came up. The advisor suggested that it would be more beneficial to me to joining school/occupation groups and asking about what's out there than finding nth connections of people I know.

I read both wikipedia entries and Universe is definitely the one I'm thinking of, especially considering it was buried in a short story anthology. Non-stop has found its way onto the reading list though!

The other short story definitely had an "end of the world" feeling to it, where everything was decayed. Again, it was also a short story, so I don't think it was Federation World.

After I was first exposed to the glorious engineering paper, there was nothing else for me. The next 3-4 years of college, I took my notes on the stuff regardless of class.

If anyone is unfamiliar with the benefits:

Top margin is neatly separated making it excellent for writing class, homework number/problems, and name. Now that I've graduated, I use the top margin for project and date when I make notes.
Graph lines are only one the back side, so erasing on the front does not affect them at all. (It also encourages you to only write on one side, which is great in itself)

Downside? Price and availability outside of college bookstores :(
