And yet, you people don't seem to understand or care that you're being lied to, that you're being used as puppets in a twisted game run by corporate interests. Ultimately, it's your choice to enlist, your choice to pick up a gun, and your choice to pull the trigger.

You talk about these people like they have no choice, they have a choice. We all have a choice to not kill, to have a defensive military that protects our borders and helps our people.

Some solders make the wrong choice. People dogpiled on the other commenter who called them idiots, but what would you call someone who learned about Vietnam and how a lie started it, who saw Walter Reed on CNN and how terribly we treat our veterans, and they still signed up to kill and die for the flag? They would need to understand that every father beaten in front of his children for information on insurgents, every Mosque defiled in a cordon and search op, every wedding bombed by mistake, creates dozens of humans who seethe hatred for the United States and would love to strap on a bomb and create more work for you, Medic. I can only imagine how Vietnam veterans must have felt when they were told the Gulf of Tonkin Incident never happened, and the NSA pulled us into the war for some reason.

There is no credible evidence that anything in the Bible ever happened the way it's written in the Bible. There is far more evidence to support William Shakespeare (for example, writings by him) than there is Jesus Christ (who wrote nothing, and none of the stories of the disciples were recorded until long after they were dead). He's talking about the Francis Bacon theory, and anyone seriously using that outside the context of academics discussing literature is mentally challenged by default.

It's a right guaranteed to us by our constitution, and I haven't heard a compelling argument to take them away that didn't involve simply telling everyone in the country to be good little boys and girls and turn in their weapons to the police.

Weird food allergies can fuck with you in odd ways. Take a multivitamin with iron every day during this:

Day 1-7: Write down everything she eats for a week.
Day 8: Water fast. Nothing but water all day.
Day 9: Water and white rice for meals. Only white rice.
Day 10: White rice and plain beans. You can start adding salt and pepper here.
Day 11: White rice and plain beans with cucumber or lettuce. No dressing.
Day 12-14: As above, add an apple every day.

Your girlfriend's diet has now "rebooted". For the next two weeks, google "Elimination Diet Recipes" and eat what comes up. She should not be eating gluten, corn, chocolate, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, narcotic drugs not given under the supervision of a physician, processed foods, dairy, and basically anything with flavor. Read up on Elimination Diets.

Do this for a month. If she doesn't feel better, then it's not her diet.

If she feels better, take that list that you made and start adding in things from that list until you find the culprit.

Lower speed has been said, lower traffic noise is another, the third big reason is sight lines. Looking out the window and seeing the neighbor's house is 1970s. People want to look out the window and see trees and grass and things like that. At most, you will see the side of someone's house, rarely can two people look out their windows at each other.
